PARMA, Ohio – A Parma man who ran an unlicensed day care was arrested Wednesday and has been accused of spying on an 11-year-old girl, police said. Jeremy W. Bahner, 39, of Parma, is charged with voyeurism. The incident happened on May 24 at Bahner's home, police said. Bahner ran an unlicensed day care out of his home. His business was shut down by the City of Parma, police said. Bahner may face additional charges when the case is presented to a Cuyahoga County grand jury.
